Yes you can give NDA exam but cannot opt of Air-Force and Navy wing you can only opt form army wing. But you will have to give mathematics written exam which is compulsory to get into NDA. You may have to face certain problems in preparations because the entire syllabus of mathematics for NDA is of classes 11th and 12th. All the Best.

Yes, commerce students who have passed 10+2 without maths are eligible to apply for NDA examination. But you will be only considered for Indian army through NDA examination. For joining indian air force or navy through NDA examination one has to pass 10+2 with physics and maths.

Hello student for Airforce and Navy Math's and physics are mandatory subject in class 12 but for Army you're eligible as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in any stream from a recognized board.
Age limit - candidates must between 16.5 to 19.5 year old.
