The eligibility criteria for NDA is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board or university.

I regret to inform you that as you are from arts background, you are not eligible for NDA as you have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria.
