To be eligible for NEET, you need to have a PCB combination regardless of the extra subject option. So, Yes, you can answer NEET! However, keep your head on your shoulders because it can get quite hectic. Prepare well for your Medical as well as Engineering exams. All the very Best.

Yes you can give. Even I had similar combination in class 11,12th.
Make sure you score minimum 50% marks in PCB Class 12th.
