But there can be certain disadvantages for you as undergraduate course will end up taking a lot of your time in this session, you'll have you give internal exams, submit assignments, prepare for external exams for 2 semesters (2019-2020). Also, your choice of course being English, the syllabus of NEET is vast, requires rigorous hard work and practice, English will not help you in preparing for NEET.
Your focus will get divided between NEET and English course. But as they say, nothing is impossible. If you remain dedicated throughout the year, you can crack NEET and even end up scoring a good GPA in your English course.
