Yes definitely you can give again your 12th board NIOS from Delhi .

Only you need to upload or attach copy of all the previous marksheets and documents ,along with a affidavit.

But here you have to give all the subjects exam again .

In my advice if you had scored good in other 4 subjects along with compartment in maths ,you again give your compartment (maths ) and try to score good in that.

giving all five subjects will be more stressfull for you than giving just one exam.

but at the end its all up to your choice ,do what is more comfortable for you.
