You will have to talk to the DU authorities to confirm this, but you can give an Undertaking/ Affidavit as required that you belong to the Non Creamy layer of OBC and you will submit it on/ after 26th July when it will be prepared and you may be offered provisional admission on the basis of your affidavit which will be confirmed as you submit the document and after required verification.
