Hope you are absolutely fine, as per your query, Yes!! you can sit in UPSC Examination after completing your Artificial Intelligence Engineering.

The basic eligibility for UPSC is that you should be Indian and you age must be in 21 years to 32 years, For IAS you must be graduated from Bachelor's degree ( BA , B.Com , B.Sc , BBA , BCA , B.Tech etc.) with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering from recognised university and there is no minimum UPSC qualification percentage required.
