Dear Harish,

The first eligibility criteria for UPSC Exam is a Graduation Degree from any recognised university.

so,If you have  a BCA (Bachelor of computer applicayion) degree your first criteria is fulfilled.

Secondly you graduation should be fulltime and have  atleast 60% aggregate marks to appear for 

UPSC exam.
