It seems that you are little confused because the paper timing for JEE-Advance 2020 is from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM for Paper-1 and 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM for Paper-2. So if you want to go to home between both the papers then you can but make sure that you report again there by 1:30 PM sharply. Note that JEE-Advance is to be conducted tomorrow that is September 27th '20.
