Yes, you can go for CMA while pursuing B.com at the same time.
But you should also know that while studying B.com and CMA together, there will be three stages :

• CMA foundation
• CMA intermediate
• CMA final

When you complete your degree then pursue CMA it will an advantage for you as it has only two stages, foundation level is excempted.
