Surely, you can go for Journalism after MA in English. As you already have a degree in English, so that should help you for your writing part. If you do some journalism courses, that might help.

You can approach a news office and ask them for a chance. Email them, show that that you are talented and you want to take it up as your profession. This might click too. But, keep trying. Every thing will come around.
