Hello aspirant,

Yes, you can start your career after doing diploma in radiology without doing MBBS.

Some options are X -Ray Technicians, Radiation Therapy Technologists, Radiation Protection Specialists, Diagnostic Radiographers, Radiation Therapy Team Supervisors etc.
