No you can't as you have locked the seat....UPSEE spot round counselling is for the students whom so ever didn't get any seat in any round...okk and for more information visit the upsee website best of luck

Hello Harshit,

If you have locked your seat, Then what is the point of spot counselling?

For more information, refer to the guidelines of the exam which is on the official page

also you may have point of contact given to you , speak to them as they will be able to guide you better for sure
