Dear Priyansh,  NIOS is a recognised body. All major Entranxe Examinations accept NIOS. All majornIT companies including TCS are bothered how well you performed in your Academics and not where you finished them from. We agree that IITs, and other B-schools have the aura that NIOS lacks. But talent and hardwork surpasses all. TCS doesnt discriminate between regular and NIOS students. It prefers candidates who have a minimum aggregate of 60% all through. So even if you have completed your 12th from TCS, provided you score good in your Graduation amd Interview, you will land up with a job offer in TCS.
