Definitely you can go for the UPSC preparation once you have completed your graduation whether you are in any job or not. In Airmen of Indian Airforce, once you have completed your training period and service for some time, you can take preparation leave for the preparation of any exam. You can come home, join coaching if you want, and your job will also be secure. But they will not give much time for that, after a certain interval you need to some for the service still you can carry on your preparation by nights or holidays, you just need a better time management.
