How ate you doing. I hope you are well. About your question, Yes, you can directly go for the 2nd councelling for Ts EAMCET, ie if there is any seat allocated to you in the 2nd councelling.

You see, if you go for the seat offered in the 2nd round then the seat which was given to you in the 1st round gets canceled. So you will have to pay and give all the documents pertaining to the allocated college in the second round.
