You query is not very clear to me for answering but as far as i understood i think you want to know about filling if srmjee form.See, while filling the form you will have to follow stepwise procedure.
First Register yourself then Verify email,then fill Online Registration form, then pay application fee and lastly upload required documents.
In case if you fill wrong information mistakenly then don't worry as the Correction window will be provided in 2nd week of April 2020 form correction.
