If you have given JEE advanced this year than with your JEE advanced rank you can get iit but the condition is that you have to secure a good rank in JEE advanced exam.
This year JEE advance exam was total of 396 marks and if you are a general category student then you have to score at least 35% of the 396 marks and 10% of each individual subject total marks to clear the cutoff for qualifying in jee advanced exam.

The admissions in iits are only given on the basis of your JEE advanced rank.

Sorry but JOSSA don't provide this facility.

By jee mains rank you can only choose nits/iiits or sit in nit counselling and by jee advanced rank you can only choose iits or sit in iit counselling conducted by JOSSA. There is no option to get seat in nit with jee advance rank.
