As you know Delhi University requires you to select four subjects out of which one should be a language paper ,one should be a paper in which admission is sought and two other papers that are included in the list published by DU. If any candidate fails to choose between the subjects enlisted in List A , such as Arabic,French ,Hindi, Bengali, Persian,, etc then 2.5% is deducted. If you want to keep something other than the subjects enlisted in List ,then you have to take the risk of loosing the given percentage.
