The commerce students can not appear for NDA entrance examination and get into IAF or Indian Navy after they finish 12th grade schooling. They can not become a commissioned Officer in IAF or Indian Navy right after 12th. For the group X, the students must have passed 12th examination in Maths, Physics and English subjects with 50% marks from recognized school education board. At this level must have either 50% marks in English or a three year diploma in engineering. Being a commerce student, you first complete your graduation course and the appear for AFCAT entrance examination, then you can join IAF's Ground Duty Branches.

Yes, you can join Air Force but only after completion of degree in Commerce. As a commerce student you may join Indian Air Force as Officers (in Ground Duty Branches), by appearing for AFCAT examination. 12th students with Commerce stream can't join as Officers they need to complete their graduation and write entrance exam.
