Hello dear!!!! Yes you can start your preparations for cs at any point of time given and eleventh will do good. Early preparation also helps in decreasing the work load which comes at the last moment because then you will be gradual with your preparations. But it should not hamper your boards studies and also not make you feel exhausted.
