Certainly, there are also universities in India where M. Tech (Computer Science) can be obtained external, distance learning, or part-time , particularly designed for employed professionals. Eligibility will generally include an acceptable B.E or B. Tech or M. Sc and some work experience may also be required. Just check that the university program is recognized by AICTE or UGC.
