U can get up-to Manager Position if u done with MBA.
it depends on Private or Public Sector Banks.
For Public Sector, u need to Attempt their own entrance exam.
For Private Bank, U need to Choose from Your Region or State.

Yes, you can get into a bank directly after MBA . But, it is only possible if your college provides placements there. Obviously, no bank wants to hire a fresher when experienced people are there in the field. The post will also depend on the campus placements.
