No, you cannot pursue BSc nursing without any entrance exam in Mysore Medical College.

Every medical college takes admission in nursing through NEET or university entrance exam.

For getting admission in Mysore Medical College in BSc nursing, you have to clear the Institute entrance exam and should have a fitness certificate.
