See, the easiest way to get into ISRO is cracking JEE advance and getting in IISc.But since you cannot do that now as have already completes you graduation and now you have only one way left and that is by appearing in exam conducted by ISRO.
ISRO conducts its separate exam for the recruitment of the post of junior scientists every year.
The exam written test followed by an interview.
