Surely you can apply for a job at isro after completing your msc. Applied physics degree.
For that the three criterions which you must fulfill are:
1. You have passed your msc with more than 65 percent marks from a recognised university.
2. You have to clear an exam called the ICRB.
3. After your succesful clearance of this exam you will be called for an interview.
If you clear it then you are good to go for the job.
