For joining Otolaryngology ear, nose, throat NEET is compulsory. Otolaryngology is a specialisation course that MBBS students undertake. It is only meant for students who have a successful degree of MBBS. As MBBS is required for it NEET is compulsory. 

Without qualifying NEET you can't get into your desired course.
