Yes, you can join UPES, Dehradun for B.Tech in Civil Engineering for which the applications are available till May,8th 2019. Admission can be availed through three methods.

Admission & Eligibility : 1) The Candidate can avail admission based on the board exams, if a student has obtained atleast 80% aggregate in their 10th & 12th both

2) Through JEE Mains, but the candidate must have obtained atleast 60% in both 12th & 10th 

3) Through UPESEAT Entrance Exam, the candidate must have atleast 60% in both 12th & 10th
