You can't directly join UPSC after class 10th for that you need to first appear in class 11th then choose any group you prefer the most. Then, you need to complete your class 12th with a minimum of 50% score aggregates.

Also, Opt for a degree course either 3,4 or 5 years. Take a degree then you will be eligible to sit for UPSC exams and the Minimum age required for the exam is 21 years to 32 years maximum age. A final year student can also apply for UPSC exams.

So, you are not eligible right now. Complete your schooling and graduation. Then apply!
