Yes ofcourse you can join Christ College even if you have completed your BBA 1st year from another college.  If you are opting for BBA in Christ College then you are supposed to appear for entrance exam conducted by the college to get admission.

You have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria that is having at least 50% marks in 12th standard.
