can i know how many states will have open counselling for private colleges for neet ug 2018 and deemed universities

Mostly all the states participate in all india counseling , the number of states is about 29-30 .

my marks in neet 2018 are 494 and i have a domicile of rajasthan which college can i get under this?

for eg maharashtra will not take students other than students having domicile of maharasthtra .so are there any state who will take students from other than their state at marks 494?
