I doubt you have made a spelling error. Instead of MIQ it must be AIQ right? Since there is nothig like MIQ during the NEET counselling. AIQ meaning ALL INDIA QUOTA.

Counselling for seats under AIQ is conducted by MCC. counselling for All India Quota as well as Deemed Universities will start from June 13, 2018.
