An annual state-level test known as the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is held. English, Telugu, and Urdu are the three languages used to conduct it.

If you wish to be eligible for the free seat, you must rank below 10,000. If you are a member of a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe, the government will waive 96,000 in fees annually.
