There are so many online courses available on the internet, most of them are for free. You just need a medium processor computer to practise coding and you are ready to go. You may refer or purchase some good books, regarding computer languages such as C, JAVA, Python, etc..

After learing some basics of programing languages you can start developing apps or algorithms. YouTube videos can be very beneficial.

You may search for some private or government centres that will teach you computer languages and also provide you certificates. These are generally 2-3 hours classes conducted everyday at there centres.
