Hello student,

Yes I think you may leave bachelor's engineering after KCET for studying in European countries if you college has a good student transfer program available. A student transfer program enables a student to apply for foreign universities after the completion of subsequent years. It provides all the documents and information required for the transfer. If your college has such facilities, you may study in European countries. So, I would suggest that you may start finding such colleges under KCET.

I hope this helps, All the Best!
