Yess it's up-to you and the college specified. Many people still attempt NEET in their graduation years of other courses and once they crack the NEET they unenroll themselves from those respective courses. However some colleges take fees for full graduation as you had blocked a seat in their college. So have a talk with your college faculty, and accordingly then you can take a simple decision. As of now focus on the neet examination and it's preparation first.
