You must contact the college admission cell immediately, and tell them that you want to cancel the admission, I'm not sure that they will allow but Changing colleges is allowed so I don't think you will face a problem regarding this. Ask the admission cell, and follow the procedure properly, I'm sure they will help you. All the best!
