Yes, you can make a career in ethical hacking after completion of your Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Once you complete your bachelor's you can either go for certification courses in ethical hacking or earn a master degree or diploma in ethical hacking which is offered by many institute in India. Once you are certified and has relevant skills in ethical hacking you can get hired in IT sector and start working.
