Yes, there is a way to apply for domicile online. The application can be applied online by logging on to this site: https://rajasthan.gov.in/Pages/default.aspx . This is a government website.To apply for a domicile certificate, you should possess the following documents:  Affidavit, Copy of the Ration Card, Copy of Voter’s ID or Electoral Roll, Aadhar Card, Copy of educational qualification ,Copy of Birth Certificate, Property or rent receipt Certificate issued by two competent officers and Patwari report for rural areas.
