Hello,

Yes now you can upload the OBC-NCL certificate. JEE Advanced authorities allowed time until 5th June 2019 for uploading original details for those who were not able to submit the original one during filling up of application form. You can log in to your registered account in the JEE Advanced and upload the original one. It was activated only a few days ago.
