Yes you can open a Pharmacy for Allopathy and Ayurveda but you will need to appoint a person with BPharma degree as the pharacist (even if you want them to buy from a shop that you own). Then you will need a pharmacy licence. If you manage to do a BPharma you cannot be the pharmacist and a doctor at the same time,you will have to be physically present in store incase drug inspector makes a surprise visit.
