Hello.
No you cannot open your own pathology lab after BSc MLT, as per the order of supreme court judgement in 2018 it was clearly mentioned that one is eligible to open his /her own laboratory after MD path , DPB, DCB so first complete your MBBS then go for the course mentioned and then you will be eligible to open your own lab.
