Dear student, as you have passed 11th and 12th class from AP, you will have domicile in AP automatically. Hence, you will have the state quota in AP counselling process. Moreover If you can get a domicile certificate made by the local authorities in TS, you can apply in that state quota. But remember the thing that you will not be allowed to apply in two different states under both of their state quota.
