Dear Nishant, if you have had Hindi as one of your subjects in your B.A History, you can pursue M.A Hindi. The eligibility criteria to pursue Masters in any subject/language is that you should have had that subject/language in your Bachelor's degree. So, for example if you studied Hindi as one of the Papers in BA History, you can pursue MA Hindi.
