Hey,

Yes you can play cap rounds if your PCM score is less than 45%. However there is no point in participating in the CAP rounds since you will not be alloted any seat even if your rank is sufficient enough to get a seat. Therefore i would rather advise you to stop wasting your time and apply for improvement in your board exams.
