No, you cannot pursue two degree programs simultaneously, LLB is offered as an integrated courses with other subjects like BA-LLB,BSc-LLB,BBA-LLB,BCom-LLB these are usually of five years duration, and they differ by LLB in the sense that there are amalgamation of other subjects as well with the syllabus of law.

If, BEd was offered as integrated course with LLB, that would have been a different case.

Anyway, both BEd and LLB are full time course, it's not possible to pursue both.
