As per the Constorium of National Law Universities  for CLAT the eligibility requirement  is that candidate must have passed or appearing class 12 in any stream with minimum 45 percent marks aggregate from a recognized central or state board.

So yes you're eligible to take admission in BBA LLB (Hons.) without mathematics & Economics.
