The eligibility criteria to be able to pursue an MBA in aviations are,

• The student needs to have completed an undergraduate course from any discipline from a recognized university
• Minimum marks in graduation should be 50%%
• Must have qualified an MBA entrance exam accepted by the respective college
• Final year student can also apply but they need to submit their marksheet within the time alloted.

From the above criteria I believe you are eligible to take admission in MBA in aviation after you BA degree.
