If you get 0 or negative in chemistry, so how will get chemistry in overall??

Yes, you can qualify for JEE Main if you score zero marks in chemistry as there is no sectional cut off in the exam but if you want to score good marks in your exam to get admission in top NITs you have to perform well in all the sections.
