It depends from person to person . If you are so serious about your studies and you are very studious, then surely you might do a miracle and get above 99 percentile  .

But if you stick to your intermediate level of study and give some time to past year papers then surely it is very easy to get above 95 or 98 and sometimes 99 percentile also .

So there are very good chances that you might get what you seek provided you satisfy the above conditions.

If you are in 11th standard yes you can understand the lessons and JEE main concepts.You need to concentrate on fundamentals first and get strong with the basics.Study regularly and understand the concepts.And then start preparing for JEE main.Know the entire syllabus and take a look at previous years question papers.Make a timetable and start preparing according to it.Complete the important topics, remember the formulas after that start solving questions related to the topics which you have studied and learn how to solve.Rectify your mistakes.Try to solve as many questions as you can and prepare short notes.Be regular with your preparation.When you are done solving questions start solving previous years question papers and give mock tests.Improve your accuracy and clear your doubts.Keep a track of your performance and always keep yourself motivated.Take help of your lectures and friends.You will definitely get good percentile in JEE Main.
